JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant or nursing assistant, you work both independently and in teams to achieve the organization's goals together. Our common focus is that the individual should feel safe, well-being, and have the opportunity to live a dignified life. We work from a salutogenic perspective, which means individually adapted care with the elderly in focus. You will be part of a team with assistants, care assistants, nursing assistants, and specialist nursing assistants where collaboration is central.

Work as a nursing assistant:

As a nursing assistant, you work with care interventions and have delegation for health and medical interventions. You are responsible as a contact person, document according to current legislation in our digital systems, and establish and follow up on implementation plans. The role may also involve individual areas of responsibility, mentoring assignments, and participation in the organization's development work.

You also perform all tasks included in the role of care assistant or assistant, including various service interventions.

Work as a care assistant:

As a care assistant, you work with care interventions and may receive delegation for certain health and medical interventions. You may also have specific areas of responsibility. Unlike the nursing assistant, as a care assistant, you do not have mentoring responsibility and do not establish implementation plans. You perform all tasks included in the role of assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title (1,500 high school credits or high school diploma), or trained care assistant (800 high school credits).

Meritorious:

• Work experience from elderly care or other operations within elderly care

We highly value good collaboration and are looking for someone with a good attitude, who is calm and secure in themselves and has an easy time communicating verbally and in writing in Swedish. As a person, you are empathetic and enjoy empowering others in their daily lives to feel good. You have a good ability to prioritize, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and thrive in a role that requires flexibility and a situationally adapted approach. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
