About the Position

As a Technical Coordinator for Change and Release Management, you represent nine regions through our joint management object Sussa vårdstöd. You are primarily responsible for the ITIL processes Change and Release and also lead the corresponding forums with the regions. The assignment also includes participating in and representing Sussa vårdstöd in ITIL forums with Cambio. The role is supervised by the IT Manager of Sussa vårdstöd.

The assignment primarily involves:

  • Managing and refining the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management and collaborating and working with other ITIL processes.
  • Monitoring deviations in the process flow and preparing proposals for improvement activities.
  • Acting as the coordinating contact for the supplier's and regions' Change Managers or Release Managers.
  • Coordinating and leading forums and activities with the regions related to the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management.

In addition to managing and refining the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management, you will also work as a technical coordinator together with other technical roles within Sussa vårdstöd. As such, you will coordinate and investigate technical needs and questions between the regions, Sussa vårdstöd, and Cambio. The role also involves supporting other roles connected to Sussa vårdstöd.

The position is full-time, and the role also includes participating in various forums and activities, based on the scope of the role and your expertise.

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant education in the IT field or equivalent knowledge assessed by the employer. We prefer that you have certification within the ITIL framework.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Have good IT technical skills.
  • Be able to read, understand, and interpret technical documentation.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working within the healthcare organization.
  • Knowledge of pm3.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and user perspectives.
  • Experience working with and developing processes within ITIL.
  • Previously worked with Change and Release processes.
  • Experience leading, coordinating, and collaborating within large organizations and with suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of IT security, technical solutions, integrations, and infrastructure.

As a person, you are structured, results-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and with others. You are clear in your communication and, from a holistic perspective, like to take your own initiatives to achieve set goals. You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish; meetings and some documentation may be in English.
