We are looking for two more colleagues for Frösåkersskolan in central Östhammar. One of the positions involves teaching woodwork, metalwork, and technology in grades 7-9. The other position involves teaching in grades 4-6. We are very happy about the good atmosphere we have in our workgroup, which is why we truly appreciate your ability to collaborate and your willingness to contribute to the group. Our goal is for Frösåkersskolan to become the best school and to be a place where both staff and students want to be!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to teaching, as a teacher with us, you will plan and develop the operations together with your colleagues. You will be responsible for planning lessons to both challenge and support each student to create good conditions for their future challenges and opportunities. You will also be a mentor for a class.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying should be a certified teacher and qualified to teach woodwork, metalwork, and technology. You have good IT skills so that you can familiarize yourself with the systems we use daily. If you have knowledge of Unikum and Teams, that is an extra plus.

There are some abilities we see as particularly important in our job and that we hope you recognize in yourself. Collaborating with colleagues to create the best possible conditions for our students is one such ability. Building safe and trusting relationships is another - it is an asset for you in relation to your students as well as in relation to colleagues and guardians. A positive attitude and strong commitment also help to inspire and show students opportunities and solutions.
