Co-owner for a modern dental clinic

When you come in as a co-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. You will have the support of a network of specialists within Praktikertjänst in various areas such as safety, law, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goal setting, and development dialogues as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have adequate knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsibility for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
