Job Description
We have a flexible support operation, Bryggan, where you, together with a teaching colleague, are responsible for the operation and mentor for some students who are there. The students are in the Bryggan operation either part of their school day or the entire school day. You will support the students in all subjects and be particularly good at various adaptations needed for the students. The work includes teaching mathematics in a small group. We prefer that you are a teacher in mathematics and another subject, but it is just as important that you are the right person for the assignment and want to work in a small group setting.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a teaching degree in mathematics for grades 6-9 in primary school. If you have it in combination with another subject, it is considered an advantage. The work requires that you have experience teaching in a special education group in primary school. It is an advantage if you have special education training.
As a person, you take initiative and start activities. Furthermore, you work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. The job suits you if you are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. We also see that you are pedagogical and have an understanding of people's different conditions for acquiring knowledge. Additionally, you are good at ensuring that your messages are conveyed correctly.
