I am looking for someone to be my personal assistant

I am a younger woman who needs your support in my daily life. I have limited ability to take care of myself, activate, and plan my day. Your workplace is wherever I am. I live in a house with a large garden together with my husband, daughter, and our three dogs.

Expectations and requirements for you as my personal assistant

As my personal assistant, you need to be my right hand in helping me find my way, understand, and interpret what I want and desire. You will play an important role in my daily life. I have difficulty remembering things. My speech is limited, which means you need to be able to interpret what I think, feel, and want. Due to my illness, I have difficulty walking, eating, taking my medications, and interpreting the world around me, so I need a lot of close care.

I need you to help me manage my daily life. You should be calm, stress-resistant, stable, and have both feet on the ground with a genuine interest in providing me the care I need for a meaningful life. You need to be motivating, patient, and very solution-focused.

It is a fundamental requirement that you are present, engaged, and have a high intuitive ability to read me and understand my needs, as well as the ability to stay one step ahead in various situations. You are cheerful, positive, inclusive, and humble in your role as a personal assistant. Age is also important, so if you are a bit over 50, that is a plus.

Important success factors for meeting my needs are that you are attentive, empathetic, and have extensive knowledge in care and support, as there is a significant need in my daily life. It is of utmost importance that you plan the day's content together with me, tailored to my daily condition.

The position and working hours

The position corresponds to about 25-50%

Working hours are primarily scheduled between approximately 07:00-22:00 every day of the week, but nights may also occur. Working hours are planned well in advance in collaboration with me and you. I would appreciate it if you are flexible and can step in if the need arises.
