About Me

Hello! I am a soon-to-be 22-year-old girl in Ystad who loves when life offers laughter, color, and fun adventures in everyday life. I need help with most things due to my disability – but don’t be fooled, I am full of mischief, energy, and ideas!

I enjoy baking (and tasting), feeding the birds and sheep, taking walks (sometimes I walk by myself, but most often we use a wheelchair), crafting, drawing, and painting. Do you have new creative ideas to teach me? Great, I’m in!

I don’t particularly love having someone fix my hair – but I need it – so if you are a bit handy, that’s an extra plus.

For us to get along, I think you should be calm, secure, and patient – but also warm, cheerful, and quick to come up with fun activities. I’m not sure how old you are, but I know you are a woman!

I don’t have a spoken language, so if you know AAC or Tactile Sign Language, that’s super, but the most important thing is that you are curious and WANT to understand me. It’s very important to me that you speak and understand Swedish very well, so we can avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and situations where I become angry, sad, and frustrated. You should also be a step ahead, so I get the right support when I need it and can help me when I become angry or frustrated.

I live in central Ystad with my mom and little brother. Together with YOU, I want to have a functioning everyday life – but above all, a life that is fun and filled with small adventures as well as calm moments when I need to be a little by myself.

I am mainly looking for someone who can work some weekdays between 07:00-09:00 and every other weekend from 16:00 - 21:00 – so maybe it suits you best if you already have another part-time job or are studying? It’s also great if you could fill in a bit here and there when life gets a little tricky. It’s very important that you see this as something long-term because I don’t really understand when people go home one day and never come back. That makes me sad and I think a lot about you...
