What We Offer You!

The Family Law Unit is part of the operations of Reception, Support, and Early Interventions. The unit as a whole consists of the family law unit with experienced family law secretaries, family counseling, parent counseling, and a family center. As a family law secretary, you will be responsible for many different tasks within the family law area, which provides a varied and exciting position. You will, among other things, work with investigations and information requests at the request of the district court regarding custody, residence, and visitation. You will also handle paternity and parenthood cases and enforce visitation support following decisions/orders from the District Court, as well as other matters within the family law area.

The position is a permanent employment starting as soon as possible.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in social work with authority within IFO, focusing on children and youth within social services. Experience in family law is an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and are computer literate, preferably with knowledge and experience of operational systems. A driver's license is required.

It is also essential that you are well acquainted with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and have an understanding of child and children's rights perspectives, as well as the ability to think analytically about issues from an ethical perspective. Other qualities we see as important for the position are good collaboration skills, allowing you to relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner, and that you find it easy to communicate with the ability to listen and thus adapt your communication style to others.
