Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization established in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues regarding personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

We are now looking for personal assistants for several assistance users in and around Hässleholm. We are recruiting both temporary workers and for permanent positions.

The content of the work varies depending on who you are working with. It can involve facilitating everyday activities such as beach visits, accompanying friends to a football match, or managing the daily puzzle of laundry, cleaning, and cooking. In some assignments, support with personal hygiene, care, and sometimes medication management is also included. Regardless of the assignment, the work is about providing the person with the conditions to live their life in the way they wish.

With us, there are both children, teenagers, and adults with different needs and wishes. We have a smoke-free working time in all positions. Working hours, shift lengths, and degree of employment vary, and for some positions, a driver's license is required.
