Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing enterprise. Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for creative and active assistants for our clients studying at Furuboda Folkhögskola.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and has good empathetic skills while also being talkative and fun-loving. You should be flexible regarding working hours and able to adapt to different situations.

The job responsibilities include following the client during school hours as well as during leisure time and assisting with all ADL (Activities of Daily Living). The workplace is where the client is located, primarily at Furuboda Folkhögskola, but work at other locations may occur during holidays.

Working hours are varied and include day/evening/night (on-call) as well as weekend shifts. Working percentages vary between 50-75% depending on the assignment. We are also looking for those who can work as needed.

There are pets both in school and home environments, so it is very important that you are comfortable with both dogs and cats.

Qualifications
Experience in similar work, as well as knowledge of epilepsy and low-arousal responses, is advantageous but not a requirement. A driver's license and car are also advantageous.
