Noa Personal Assistance is a small assistance company with clients in Skåne and Blekinge. We have extensive experience in providing personal assistance.

We have a collective agreement and offer wellness benefits.

We now need to expand our workforce in some workgroups. We are looking for substitutes/stand-ins who want to work during the summer when regular staff are on vacation and during the spring in case of illness and other leave. We prefer candidates over 40 years old.

Experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you get along well with the care recipient.

We prefer female candidates. A driver's license and a car are required for some assignments. You should be calm, self-assured, caring, and flexible. You must also be able to tolerate pets.

Some of the assignments:

1: Simrishamn, a man in his 40s, where you work 24-hour shifts. An active guy where you accompany him in daily activities.

2: Simrishamn: An elderly man living with his wife, a cheerful and humorous family who needs someone in the summer, especially in July/August. Works days, and sometimes nights. A driver's license is required. Must tolerate pets.

3: Simrishamn. A man in his 30s, living with his family, needs to expand his list of substitutes. Usually works days but sometimes evenings, so a car/driver's license is good. Preferably aged 25-45. Female. Must tolerate pets. May possibly move to Kristianstad, so it’s good if you can consider following along.

4: Lund. An elderly woman living in her own apartment, who needs someone who is attentive, caring, and flexible. It is important to be able to take responsibility. Mixed hours with days, evenings, nights, and on-call.

5: Ystad. A man in his prime needs a new substitute. He enjoys watching sports, and you will be with him during training, among other things. Here, you usually work 24-hour shifts. It is important that you are flexible, calm, and patient.

It is important that you understand the Swedish language and speak fluent Swedish.
