Noa Personal Assistance is a small assistance company with clients in Skåne and Blekinge and surrounding areas. We have extensive experience in providing personal assistance.

We have collective agreements and offer wellness benefits.

We now need to expand our workforce in several workgroups. We are looking for substitutes who want to work during the summer when regular staff are on vacation and during the spring in case of illness and other leave. We prefer candidates over 40 years old.

Experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you get along well with the care recipient.

We prefer female candidates. A driver's license and car are required for some assignments. You should be calm, self-assured, caring, and flexible. You must also be able to tolerate pets.

Some of the assignments:

1: Simrishamn, a man in his 40s, where you work 24-hour shifts. An active guy where you accompany him in daily activities.

2: Simrishamn: An elderly man living with his wife, a cheerful and humorous family that needs someone for the summer, especially July/August. Works during the day, and sometimes overnight. A driver's license is required. Must be able to tolerate pets.

3: Simrishamn. A man in his 30s, living with his family, needs to expand his list of substitutes. Usually works during the day but sometimes evenings, so a car/driver's license is good. Preferably aged 25-45. Female. Must be able to tolerate pets. May possibly move to Kristianstad, so it would be good if you can consider following.

4: Lund. An elderly woman living in her own apartment, who needs someone who is attentive, caring, and flexible. It is important to be able to take responsibility. Mixed hours with days, evenings, overnight, and on-call nights.

5: Ystad. A man in his prime needs a new substitute. He enjoys watching sports and you will be with him during training, among other things. Here you usually work overnight shifts. It is important that you are flexible, calm, and patient.

It is important that you understand the Swedish language and speak fluent Swedish.
