Now you have the chance! Two of our nursing assistants are moving on to other assignments, and therefore we are looking for new colleagues to Orust municipality's Short-Term Unit.

The Short-Term Unit is located at Ängsviken, situated by the harbor in central Henån. Ängsviken consists, in addition to the Short-Term Unit, of three permanent residential care units, and we collaborate between the units.

Your tasks

At the Short-Term Unit, you have the opportunity to use and develop all aspects of your role as a nursing assistant. We work together in person-centered team collaboration - care staff, licensed personnel, and unit manager.

The Short-Term Unit is aimed at individuals with short-term needs and is based on authority decisions with clear goals based on the individual's unique situation. The target group is very diverse; each person residing in the Short-Term Unit has their own challenges. The work as a nursing assistant is characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and the pursuit of the best possible meetings.

Documentation is done in Lifecare, where you are responsible for establishing implementation plans.

Delegated healthcare tasks are part of the job.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate of protected professional title.

Previous experience in care work as a nursing assistant with delegated healthcare tasks is a requirement, and it is an advantage if you have worked in a short-term unit or equivalent.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a large part of your tasks involve communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. You also need to have good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.
