We are looking for a business-oriented and solution-focused HR consultant with strong expertise in labor law and change management.

About the assignment We are seeking a full-time HR consultant for our client in Örebro for a consulting assignment via Bemannia, located at the client's office. The assignment is expected to start immediately and run until week 26. In this role, you are expected to independently manage cases in close collaboration with other HR department employees. The work is characterized by close and unpretentious cooperation.

Your responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you work closely with the business and provide qualified support to managers in both strategic and operational HR matters. The role involves proactively driving and developing HR work and contributing to management groups with analysis and a solution-oriented perspective.

• Provide qualified support and advice to managers in recruitment, labor law, rehabilitation, and restructuring.

• Drive and develop systematic work environment efforts and ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines.

• Contribute to management groups through analysis of personnel-related key figures, competence supply issues, and change work.

Your qualifications

• Higher education, such as a degree in human resources or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)

• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)

• Good knowledge of laws and regulations in the HR area

• Good system proficiency

• Ability to express oneself well in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Experience in a similar role within government operations is meritorious
