Do you want to sell a valued, established SaaS service to craft and service companies in the Nordics? Then this might be the job for you.

WorkMirror is an electronic logbook for small and medium-sized businesses and currently has about 2,000 active companies as customers in Sweden and Norway. We are a small team with short decision-making paths, where the right person gets a lot of responsibility.

We are now strengthening our presence in Norway and are looking for a Norwegian-speaking B2B salesperson who wants to take a central role in our continued expansion.

About the role:

  • Be responsible for sales to Norwegian craft and service companies

  • Drive outbound activities via phone, campaigns, and LinkedIn

  • Sales via phone and digital meetings

  • Follow up and close inbound leads, primarily from Norway

  • Work structured with pipeline, follow-up, and results

  • Be involved in developing our sales strategy for the Norwegian market

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a plus)

  • Speaks and writes Norwegian fluently

  • Is motivated by building something and taking responsibility

  • Is comfortable on the phone and consistent in follow-up
