Do you want to sell a valued, established SaaS service to craft and service companies in the Nordics? Then this might be the job for you.
WorkMirror is an electronic logbook for small and medium-sized businesses and currently has about 2,000 active companies as customers in Sweden and Norway. We are a small team with short decision-making paths, where the right person gets a lot of responsibility.
We are now strengthening our presence in Norway and are looking for a Norwegian-speaking B2B salesperson who wants to take a central role in our continued expansion.
About the role:
Be responsible for sales to Norwegian craft and service companies
Drive outbound activities via phone, campaigns, and LinkedIn
Sales via phone and digital meetings
Follow up and close inbound leads, primarily from Norway
Work structured with pipeline, follow-up, and results
Be involved in developing our sales strategy for the Norwegian market
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a plus)
Speaks and writes Norwegian fluently
Is motivated by building something and taking responsibility
Is comfortable on the phone and consistent in follow-up
