RESPONSIBILITIES
As a system administrator, you play an important role in ensuring that our IT systems function well and you contribute to developing our processes through continuous improvements. We are looking for someone who is confident, communicative, structured, and solution-oriented.
The Support Development Unit primarily works with further development, management, and support for some of the Swedish Board of Agriculture's IT systems. We also work on new development projects. The unit is responsible for the processing systems within the framework of agricultural support.
Your responsibilities include managing requirements analysis, support, and testing in close collaboration with several adjacent roles at the Swedish Board of Agriculture. You are also responsible for developing system management plans for your respective systems. Active and close collaboration with business experts, information owners, and system developers is required, and you play an important role in management issues. The work also includes handling support issues primarily related to the needs of the County Administrative Boards.
Over time, you will also work on projects and participate in temporary investigation and working groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have good experience in requirements analysis, testing, and support work (preferably Enterprise Architect or equivalent). In addition to your experience, we see that you have a relevant university degree in the IT field, or have acquired equivalent competence by working as a system administrator, system developer, or requirements analyst for several years. Database knowledge is an advantage, and we also view knowledge and experience in BI positively.
You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
We place great importance on your personal abilities. To thrive in this role, it is crucial that you enjoy working in a varied everyday life with sometimes high tempo. No week is the same, and you will work with many parallel issues and responsibilities, which requires you as a system administrator to be organized and structured in your work approach.
Being a system administrator at the Swedish Board of Agriculture also requires your ability to have good self-leadership and drive, as well as enjoying an environment with many points of contact both within and outside the agency.

The place of employment is Jönköping with the possibility to work part of the time remotely.
