JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will have a nursing responsibility for your care team and act as a team leader. We promote close and interdisciplinary collaboration among care teams and actively work to ensure safe and effective care planning. In collaboration with the department's care planner, you will be responsible for planning patients' discharge in a structured and professional manner.

You will become part of an improvement initiative we have started with the goal of having more time for the patient. In the first phase, we have begun to change the round structure. We round according to a round template, and as a nurse, you are expected to participate actively and be responsible for parts of the round.

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• medication management, infusions, injections, and transfusions
• peritoneal dialysis treatments
• chemotherapy treatments
• management of central lines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who loves to work in a team, is attentive, and can communicate well with colleagues as well as patients. You can quickly adapt to acute situations and changing circumstances. You can prioritize and structure your work effectively, considering the best interests of the organization, contributing to development, and seeing opportunities in change.

For the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse with permission to work in Swedish healthcare
• be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing.
