We have six homes around the municipality focusing on dementia, somatics, and psychiatry 🏡.

Responsibilities

As a substitute staff member, you will work as needed, for example, when regular staff are sick or on leave. You will receive:

• ✅ an introduction at the workplace
• ✅ support from regular staff
• ✅ help to get started in our booking system Time Care Pool

You control your own availability, and working hours can be during the day, evening, and weekends ⏰.

Qualifications

To work with us, you need to:

• be at least 18 years old
• have a desire to help others and contribute to quality of life

You do not need any previous experience – the most important thing is your attitude, engagement, and sense of responsibility.

We would like you to be able to work both weekdays and weekends and be available for at least three shifts a week.

Since several homes are located in the outskirts, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car 🚗 or live in the nearby area.

• For those who are not citizens of the EU/EES area, a work permit is required, this does not apply to those who have permanent residence permits. The work permit must be presented at the interview.
