Kolbacken HVB is located north of Tierp, in a smaller community in a rural and calm environment.

We accept boys aged 13-17 with behavioral issues that negatively affect their health and development. This may involve youth who are in inappropriate environments, have committed minor offenses, experimented with drugs, or exhibit threatening or norm-breaking behavior.

The foundation of our approach is CBT with individual treatment components that occur weekly and are carried out in a structured manner with the help of conversations, training areas, and clear feedback.

Collaboration takes place continuously with schools, social services, and healthcare.

We are looking for someone who has:

- a post-secondary education; social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment educator/social educator

- experience working with youth with similar issues

- is confident, structured, and relationship-building

- has good collaboration skills, enjoys working in a team, and has a genuine commitment to change work

Note, we will only consider applications where relevant post-secondary education can be demonstrated.
