JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be active within the recreation center and teaching in preschool class. Together with your colleagues, you will drive the pedagogical development within the recreation center and preschool class. You will have a full-day perspective for the students. You will plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the operations according to applicable governing documents and the goals of the organization. As a recreation teacher and preschool class teacher, you will collaborate with guardians, student health, work teams, and other school staff, and you will work together to achieve good quality in the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with formal education as a recreation teacher or equivalent experience and personal suitability who wants to help develop good learning environments at Dalstorp school. You want to work with social contacts and put others before yourself. With your ability to collaborate and your respectful approach, you find it easy to create and maintain trusting relationships. As a person, you thrive in a role where you have a lot of personal responsibility and are given the space to take many initiatives. You are creative and are happy to come up with new ideas and approaches.
