JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teaching assistant, your primary task is to work with other staff to ensure safety and conducive study environments. The role includes working preventively and promoting based on the school's established plan. Investigate and follow up on incidents and violations, plan and carry out break activities, and, if necessary, be a resource both in the classroom and in after-school care.

The position also includes some administration such as substitute procurement, schedule, and invoicing management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained teaching assistant or has another similar education that the employer deems equivalent.

You view relationships in their proper perspective and have the ability to distinguish between the personal and professional aspects of work. In this way, you contribute to creating an open and unpretentious collaborative climate where challenges can be solved effectively and where everyone takes shared responsibility for achieving set goals.
