Tiohundra is now looking for a Medical Manager (MLA) for our five health centers in Norrtälje.

About the position

As the Medical Manager (MLA) for primary care, you are responsible for developing and ensuring Tiohundra's medical quality and patient safety. You work closely with the operations and provide medical support to the operations manager, unit managers, and local medical advisors. The role involves coordinating the MR group, monitoring medical quality, driving improvement work, and developing uniform working methods and guidelines. You contribute medical perspectives to the management team's strategic decisions and participate in regional and national networks. The assignment also includes keeping up with developments in primary care and supporting the introduction of modern working methods and new forms of care.

The position is split between a strategic and a clinical role: 50% as Medical Manager (MLA) for primary care and 50% clinical work at the health center. The clinical placement will be determined in dialogue and can be located at one of our central health centers in Norrtälje or in Väddö/Hallstavik.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Support the operations manager, unit managers, and MR in medical issues and patient safety
• Advising and handling complex patient cases and investigations
• Coordinating and leading primary care's medical advisors
• Ensuring uniform working methods, routines, and medical guidelines
• Monitoring medical quality, deviations, and complaints, and developing action plans
• Driving and spreading improvement and patient safety work
• Contributing medical perspectives to strategic decisions and management group work
• Participating in regional and national networks within primary care
• Staying updated on developments in primary care and supporting the implementation of modern and digital working methods

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a specialist in general medicine, with at least two years of experience after the specialist exam.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience in similar roles
