We are currently looking for a substitute for a young man living in a villa with his assistants. As a personal assistant, you will support a person with autism, epilepsy, and mental retardation in their daily life.

The work often involves helping with tasks that are part of everyone's daily life, based on the needs and wishes of the assistance user. This may include care tasks, household chores, and activities that the assistance user enjoys.

The assistance user should be supported in making decisions about their life and developing their abilities to live as independently as possible. The work is based on a pedagogical and motivating approach in close collaboration with the assistance user's network and other staff.

Working hours are 09-16 and 16-09 with sleeping duty from 23-06. For activities outside the home, we have double assistance.

Qualifications for the workplace in the assistance user's home require high personal maturity and consideration.

As an applicant, you need to possess good social skills and be flexible, responsible, and organized. You should also have good teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and be solution-focused. You are easy to open up and are a warm and empathetic person who can work with low affective responses as the man is sensitive to demands.

You will be part of a safe team with extensive experience in the work.

Previous experience in care work as a personal assistant or nursing assistant is desirable, but personality and chemistry between you and the assistance user are the most important.
