The Culture Work and Public Health Sector (KAF) consists of 11 units, including Kulturgården, the Swimming Hall, the Library, and the Labor Market Unit.
We have been granted a project by the Swedish ESF Council to become more digital. In this work, you will be much needed. The Digga KAF project includes a project manager, a project employee at 75%, this position, and another project employee at 10%. You will have your manager placed at the Labor Market and Integration Unit. Digga KAF targets all staff in our sector with the goal of increasing digital competence and mastering changes in the digital field.
The workplace is located at Höörs Lärcentrum, a short walk from Höör station. We apply flexible working hours, and since we will be conducting training initiatives and collaborating a lot with different units, most of the work will be on-site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project employee, there will be a high degree of variation in the work. Examples of tasks include: Educational initiatives, conducting workshops on various topics we have received training in, which may involve Excel, Word, AI, or other digital subjects. The purpose here is to deepen the knowledge that participants have gained in previous training, so you will need to participate in the training initiatives that participants attend to provide adequate support. Administration includes scheduling training sessions, managing attendance reporting, following up on participants' progress, conducting surveys in InSurvey, and processing these. Reporting to the project manager and unit manager will be included. It will also involve procuring training in consultation with the procurement unit.
The position is 75%, distributed over 4 or 5 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Experience in conducting training/workshops for adults in the workforce.
- Knowledge of digital development in society.
- Structured and organized.
It is beneficial if you have:
- A university degree in pedagogy, system management, or another education that the employer deems suitable.
- Experience in procuring training.
OTHER
The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it does not need to be reserved for internal use.
