Ljungbyholm Health Center is looking for a colleague!

We are looking for a positive, responsible, and cooperative nurse/community nurse to join us; perhaps this is your next opportunity?

As a nurse/community nurse, you will primarily work with telephone advice and common outpatient work at our health center.

Service at the Primary Care Emergency in Kalmar may be relevant for the position.

We work with the entire commitment of primary care and have nurse clinics in dementia, diabetes, asthma/COPD, blood pressure, lifestyle, incontinence, and vaccinations. Team spirit and humility are fundamental to us for a good work environment and a pleasant atmosphere.

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, positive, and can step in where needed. You can work independently based on your own planning while also having good collaboration skills. Providing good service to patients as well as your colleagues is a given for us. You should feel comfortable in patient contacts and have a good demeanor.

You must be a licensed nurse; if you have a specialist education in community nursing, it is an advantage. We prefer that you have experience in primary care and our journal system, Cosmic. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The position is a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Recruitment is ongoing, so please submit your application today!

Ljungbyholm Health Center is located just south of Kalmar, in a rural setting. Families with children move here to have access to nature and a comfortable distance to the city. We have a mixed patient clientele, where we meet various types of patients at all stages of life. City buses pass by us frequently, and if you want to meet your daily exercise needs and live in central Kalmar, there are nice bike paths.

We have about 6000 registered patients. We have general practitioners, community nurses/nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and psychologists working with us. We are part of the Primary Care Administration, which offers health and medical care throughout Kalmar County. We are present in both larger cities and smaller locations. Together, we are about 900 employees working to promote health in all encounters.
