Developing and Interesting Work at the Infectious Diseases Clinic

As a nurse at the infectious diseases clinic, you will work independently and have a varied job every day. The department operates around the clock, and we strive for good and equitable care with high quality and staff with appropriate competence. The tasks can change quickly depending on which patients are being treated at the time. After about a year of experience at the infectious diseases clinic, you will be doubly qualified and able to handle both infectious and ear patients. As a nurse at the infectious diseases clinic, you will work with many different diagnoses, which will give you high competence in the field. We play an important role in the region's preparedness, for example, during infectious outbreaks and pandemics. You will work alongside a stable and experienced nursing team.

We are a relatively small clinic with close cooperation between professions, and we work closely in teams of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. This creates a dynamic workplace with engaged employees. We are a university hospital unit that conducts broad and clinic-related research that engages all professional categories. About You

You are a licensed nurse with several years of experience in the profession, preferably in infectious care. The work as a nurse in the shared care department 39 requires an interest and knowledge to care for both infectious and ear patients. As a person, you take initiative and get things done with good results. You see opportunities in changes and work well with others with the operation in focus. You are someone who can handle rapid changes, has the ability to make quick priorities with good judgment, and make decisions based on the patient's best interests. We place great importance on personal suitability.
