Here at Apoteket Hultsfred, you will be part of a medium-sized pharmacy located in the beautiful Småland nature. We share a building with a health center and have around 300 prescription lines. Our team consists of 5 employees, 3 pharmacists, and 2 self-care advisors who take care of our customers and create a safe, professional, and welcoming work environment.

The work is varied and the pace is sometimes high, especially during the summer when customer flow increases as tourists come to the city to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and perhaps Astrid Lindgren's World. Together with our new pharmacy in Vimmerby (opening February 2026), we are creating a pharmacy group, and work may occur at both pharmacies as needed.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours:

Hultsfred: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Vimmerby: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.

• You preferably have experience working with prescription dispensing, personnel management, and mentoring students.

• You have a particular interest in, for example, self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and positively contribute to the team.
