We are looking for you who want to engage, inspire, and shape the future – become a substitute teacher in sports in primary school!
At StudentConsulting, we are now seeking both qualified and unqualified teachers for primary schools 1-9 in Lidingö. We receive needs for all ages and can adjust your shifts based on what you are comfortable with and have experience in.
We are looking for someone who is studying or has another job of at least 50% and wants to work extra in schools in the municipality. The employment form is flexible and gives you the chance to work at several different primary schools as a substitute.
As a substitute teacher in primary school, you will among other things:
- Support students in their learning and social development.
- Conduct lessons according to planning or support the regular teacher.
- Create a safe and motivating environment where students feel seen and encouraged.
- Assist with conflict management and relationship building.
- Support students with special needs if necessary.
The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work at different primary schools in Lidingö. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You hold a primary school teacher degree or a secondary school teacher degree according to the Regulation (2011:326) on qualification and certification for teachers.
OR
have documented experience from working in primary school previously, at least 160 hours. If you do not have qualification as a teacher in visual arts, we certainly expect you to feel comfortable teaching the subject based on your experience.
We would also like you to:
- Be flexible and able to move around quickly in the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car are advantageous).
- Have a genuine interest in educational work and children's development.
- Be calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with students and colleagues.
- Have an easy time building relationships and instilling trust.
- Communicate clearly and have good collaboration skills.
To be considered for the role, we require:
- The ability to provide 2 references during the recruitment process.
- A diploma from your education or a registration certificate from ongoing studies.
