Alla Barns BVC – Kungsholmen

Alla Barns BVC is a small and family-oriented child health center located at Fridhemsplan in Kungsholmen. We are a close-knit team of three people who are now looking for a part-time colleague, corresponding to about 20–40% (1–2 days per week).

In the long term, there are good opportunities for the position to transition into a full-time employment with a higher degree of engagement.

We are a smaller and personal BVC with a pleasant working environment and open communication, where we care for both our patients and each other.

Alla Barns BVC is part of Alla Barns Centrum and collaborates closely with ABC Child and Adolescent Medical Clinic (BUMM). This creates a close and rewarding collaboration in daily work. We have good access to pediatricians, and the same doctors work both with us and at the pediatric clinic, which contributes to continuity and security for families.

Job Responsibilities

As a BVC nurse with us, you will work in accordance with the national child health care program on behalf of Region Stockholm.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Home visits
Health checks
Vaccinations
Parent group meetings

The most important thing is that you meet children and their parents with warmth, security, and professionalism – contributing to a good start in life. You work independently but always have the support of a small, experienced, and engaged team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Is a licensed nurse with specialist training as a pediatric nurse or district nurse
Has experience working in a BVC
Is familiar with the TakeCare journal system
Has good collaboration skills, is flexible, and secure in your professional role
Speaks Swedish and English
