Do you want to take responsibility for the Swedish market in a stable, family-owned industrial company with production in Italy and a strong quality profile?

Cimberio is now looking for an experienced field salesperson in HVAC who wants to work long-term, build relationships, and actively drive market penetration. Here you will have an independent role with clear responsibilities, short decision-making paths, and real influence on growth in Sweden.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a field salesperson, you will be responsible for sales in the Swedish market. The role involves clear commercial responsibilities where you will both develop existing customer relationships and identify and pursue new business opportunities.

The work is distributed approximately as follows:

  • About 50% developing and deepening existing customers

  • About 50% active market penetration and new customer acquisition

You will primarily work with wholesalers and be responsible for strengthening Cimberio's presence through customer visits, product presentations, and demo days. The role entails national responsibility, and you will independently plan your district.

You will work from home and report to the Country Manager in Sweden. The organization is streamlined, which means significant personal responsibility but also close dialogue and quick decisions.

Preferred residence is somewhere between Gothenburg and Jönköping but can be flexible.

We are looking for a person with high self-motivation and a clear business focus. You thrive in an independent role where you take responsibility for your planning and results. To succeed, you need to be structured and persistent, with the ability to work long-term in your customer relationships.

You are attentive in your dialogue with customers, instill confidence, and have the ability to combine technical understanding with professional and respectful business conduct. You are confident in your role, unpretentious in collaboration, and motivated to contribute to stable and sustainable growth.

In addition, you need:

  • HVAC background and strong technical understanding in the field

  • Documented experience in B2B sales in the field

  • Experience in independent new customer acquisition

  • Ability to plan and structure a larger geographical district

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

  • Experience in sales through the wholesale channel

  • Established network within the installation or HVAC industry

  • Experience with nationwide responsibility

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
