We are now looking for someone who wants to be a present and engaged Team Leader for a number of our members and their assistant groups. A leadership role where relationships, attentiveness, and structure go hand in hand – and where you see the results of your work in people's actual daily lives every day.

A close leadership that makes a difference

As a team leader with us, you are the hub that holds the assistance around our members together. You lead, plan, and ensure the quality of the assistance based on each member's individual needs and decisions according to LSS.

This means that you, among other things:

• work closely with the member (or legal representative) and ensure that implementation plans are current and followed up continuously
• are a present and supportive leader for the personal assistants
• maintain dialogue with relatives, schools, daily activities, and other stakeholders regarding the member
• are responsible for schedule planning, recruitment, and introduction of new assistants
• drive the work environment efforts, from safety rounds to risk assessments, according to our routines and legal requirements

You work closely with your fellow team leaders and our supportive functions – and you become part of an experienced and engaged group where knowledge, energy, and everyday wisdom are shared. We believe you are a person who:

• has leadership experience and enjoys that role
• is confident in your communication and inspires trust in meetings with different people
• is used to prioritizing, creating structure, and taking initiative
• leads with both heart and clarity – and motivates others to grow
• preferably has education or experience from healthcare, disability services, or social work
