Do you want to work with authority exercise that truly makes a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a summer substitute as a care manager for the elderly care during weeks 24-34. The work involves authority exercise according to the legislation SoL and LSS.

Responsibilities

• Investigate the need for services and make decisions according to the Social Services Act and LSS.
• Documentation and follow-up.
• Provide advice, plan, and coordinate services (e.g., home care, special housing, respite care, short-term care, housing support, emergency alarms).
• Collaborate with different professional groups and contribute to good cooperation.

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed higher education in social work, social work program, or other relevant education.
• Ability to act calmly and structured in stressful situations.
• Good ability to prioritize, organize, and plan tasks.
• Empathetic, secure, and with good personal maturity.
• Ability to understand others' situations and show good judgment.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious

• Authority exercise.
• Experience working with IBIC and KUBEN.
• Knowledge of the operational systems Viva ÄO and Life Care.

Conditions

Summer substitute during the period weeks 24-34. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Selection and interviews may occur on an ongoing basis. The person offered the position must present an extract from the police criminal record. Remarks may affect your employment.
