Production Planner at FMTIS Implementation Department Ronneby

About the Organization

FMTIS Implementation Department Ronneby consists of three sections: Tele 1, Tele 2, and IT. We perform operation and maintenance of the Armed Forces' telecommunication and IT systems. We ensure communication for the Armed Forces' other units and are located at Ronneby Garrison. Main Responsibilities

As a production planner, you will be part of one of the tele sections within the Implementation Department Ronneby and will report directly to the section manager. The work includes, among other things:

  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting on production
  • Leading technicians in their daily work
  • Holding and participating in production meetings both physically and virtually
  • Being able to replace other production planners from other locations as needed
  • Representing the section in various meetings regarding production

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Technical high school education or equivalent work experience deemed comparable by the employer
  • Good experience in administrative work
  • Driver's license at least B (Manual transmission)
  • Experience in production planning/leadership
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

As a person, you are social, easy to collaborate with, and take great personal responsibility. You are meticulous, structured, technically inclined, and quality-conscious. You find it easy to prioritize, are flexible, and a problem solver under time pressure. Furthermore, you have a knack for communicating and collaborating between both external and internal parties and are proactive and security-conscious. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience and knowledge of the Armed Forces' command and communication systems
  • Familiarity with FMTIS operations, organization, garrison locations, and contact paths
  • Completed Military Service/GMU/GSU
  • Military driver's license
  • Worked or trained in relevant military support systems such as Prio, SAP, and Lift-HB

Employment type: Permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Armed Forces.
