I am a young man in my prime living a life like others thanks to my personal assistance. I am now looking for a new assistant to join my team!

I live about a 25-minute bus ride from Brommaplan in a house by Lake Mälaren with beautiful nature right around the corner. One of my great interests is driving my car. As my assistant, you will help me with everything that life entails during all hours of the day. During the day, I always have double assistance.

I hope you are a mature, warm, wise, and proactive person. Previous experience in a relevant field is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you and I get along well. Since I have autism and behavioral disorders, you will receive regular supervision to assist me in the best way possible.

Important qualifications for my assistants:

• You should be in good physical condition as I may have epileptic seizures when standing/walking.
• Since I have my own car that you will drive as my assistant, it is a requirement that you have a manual driving license.
• My neuropsychiatric disabilities mean that you must speak fluent Swedish for me to understand you.
• I have my own dog and cats nearby, so it is also important that you are not allergic to pets or afraid of dogs.

Scope: The position is intended as a part-time employment with a total of three fixed weekday shifts according to a rolling schedule of 4 weeks. The shifts are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM. You need to be able to work the fixed shifts and be flexible and willing to step in at other times that may arise due to the absence/vacation of regular assistants. My assistants work all hours of the day - day, evening, night (awake), and weekends.

There is an opportunity for summer employment during the summer of 2025, so our hope is that this is also something that would suit you as a candidate.

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
