About the position We are now looking for a housing supporter for Stagårdsvägen LSS. The position is full-time, day/evening/weekend/sleeping on call. As a housing supporter, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will work with:

• Professional handling: A good ability to prevent, manage, and divert situations in a safe manner. You actively contribute to ensuring the safety of individuals.

• Structure and approach: You work from a consistent and individualized approach with clear structure and boundary-setting, while also showing care and perseverance.

• Active support: You provide support in ADL, planning, employment, and leisure activities.

• Health competence: You support the individual in managing their somatic illnesses and other medications, as well as managing anxiety/restlessness and attention-seeking behavior without reinforcing it.

Who are you? As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. • Education as a nursing assistant or similar.

• Experience from similar activities.

• Knowledge of low-arousal responses and clarifying pedagogy.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work.
