We are looking for a sharp SDR / Appointment Setter with a hunter mentality!

At Recruitive, we are now seeking, on behalf of our client, a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter who wants to take a key role in a company with strong growth, clear ambitions, and a modern offering in B2B.

This is the role for you who loves outreach, dialogues, pace, and results – and who is triggered by opening doors, creating business, and being first on the ball.

About the role – you are the starting shot of the business

As an SDR / Appointment Setter, you are often the first contact potential customers have with the company. You identify the right companies, contact decision-makers, and spark interest in the customer's solution. Your goal is clear:

  • create high-quality business opportunities and book relevant meetings for the sales team.

This is a clear hunter role where your drive, persistence, and communication skills make all the difference.

Your tasks:

  • Proactively contact potential B2B customers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Identify the right decision-makers and map needs
  • Create interest and value around the customer's solution
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings
  • Work structured in CRM and follow up ongoing dialogues
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team

Your daily life with us:

  • Outbound calls and follow-ups with decision-makers
  • Needs analysis and lead qualification

We believe that you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or in B2B sales
  • Have documented experience in booking meetings and building a pipeline
  • Thrive in outbound sales and have a clear hunter mindset
  • Are confident, communicative, and comfortable on the phone
  • Are goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated by performance
  • Are structured, persistent, and do not give up after a “no”
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
