What you will do

As a meeting scheduler, you will be an important part of the customer journey at the beginning of the process. You will work with incoming leads and be responsible for booking meetings between customers and our salespeople. Your job is to:

✔️ Contact interested homeowners in a professional and engaging manner ✔️ Briefly explain our energy solutions and the value of a meeting with our experts ✔️ Schedule meetings in the calendar and ensure that both customers and salespeople have all necessary information ✔️ Follow up on incoming leads and keep communication smooth and positive

You will be involved right from the start when the customer shows interest and help them on their journey towards a more sustainable and energy-efficient home.

We are looking for someone who…

✔️ Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment ✔️ Is communicative, service-oriented, and has a positive attitude that rubs off on both colleagues and customers ✔️ Has experience in customer contact, sales, or service ✔️ Is digitally savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems and calendar management ✔️ Can communicate in both Swedish and English
