About home care

Humaniora home care is the municipal home care provider in Solna.

We operate between 7 AM and 10 PM, divided into day and evening shifts. We also have operations during the night from 9 PM to 7:15 AM. Day staff start around 7 AM and work until 4:30 PM at the latest. Evening staff work from 4:30 PM to 10 PM. Night staff work from 9 PM to 7:15 AM and work in pairs with a colleague. Staff work according to a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend.

We have a total of six groups and have premises at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, and Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta. We will start a new home care group Humaniora 7 at Fridenborgsvägen 9 and we need to hire staff there.

What does the role entail?

Humaniora home care provides care, support, and service to our clients in their homes. This may include going for walks, cleaning, or shopping, as well as assisting with cooking according to their preferences and helping with personal hygiene. Continuous written documentation is maintained. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you feel comfortable with these types of tasks. The work also involves contact with the clients' relatives. Pets may be present in our clients' homes as we work in their residences. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care.

We are currently looking for two care assistants, one for daytime work at 100% and one for evening work at 52%.

We are looking for someone who

• is a care assistant with a protected professional title
• can handle a smartphone as a work tool
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is considered an advantage if you have

• previous experience in elderly care, preferably in home care
• can cycle
• a B driver's license.

As a person, you have good judgment, find it easy to collaborate with others, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is your ability to listen and be receptive to the other party. You are someone who likes to take initiative.
