Stockholms Sjukhem offers acute geriatric inpatient care in Bromma and Kungsholmen. Care is provided in multiprofessional teams in close collaboration between staff, patients, and relatives, and together we develop qualitative and sustainable rehabilitation efforts with the individual in focus, creating a safe discharge together with the patient. Our work is characterized by humility and care, where we share our knowledge. Our goal is to be the leading provider of acute geriatric care in Stockholm County.

Your Role as a Dietitian

As a dietitian with us, you will be offered a varied job in a stimulating environment where you meet patients with different diagnoses. We work in teams and closely with other colleagues in the team such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and speech therapists, as well as nursing staff and doctors. We use the TakeCare journal system. Your tasks will include:

• conducting nutritional assessments and establishing individual nutrition plans for treatment and follow-up
• prescribing dietary supplements, such as nutritional drinks
• participating in rounds
• reporting actions and follow-ups to the next provider and writing referrals to primary care dietitians for further follow-up

The position is a summer temporary position, full-time 40h/week, starting at the end of June until mid-August. Placement will be both in Kungsholmen and Bromma. We apply individual salary setting.
