IT Support Department Servicedesk is Hiring

Are you technically inclined, a skilled problem solver, and passionate about providing excellent service? Then you are the one we are looking for at the IT Support Department Servicedesk.

Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to handle incoming cases together with your colleagues, primarily via phone, helping our users solve their IT-related problems so that they can continue to perform their military profession with the IT support systems it requires. Many cases you will solve directly during the call with the user, while cases that require deeper troubleshooting or other service for resolution will be escalated to the appropriate recipient. Therefore, it is crucial that you are skilled at documenting and registering cases correctly.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education
• Driver's license B for manual transmission vehicles
• Swedish citizenship
• Interest in IT

Desirable

Experience from similar work is desirable, but not a requirement. Your employment will begin with an introductory training for the job.

Working Hours and Scope

Regular working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:30 and 16:00, with reservations for changes. Working hours may include awake night shifts and weekends. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period.

The IT Support Department handles fault reports, IT orders, and provides support to the Armed Forces' users in Sweden and abroad.
