Nexer in Västerås now needs to strengthen the team with more test engineers interested in electronics.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience working with testing and troubleshooting software. You will work for one of our clients in Arboga, and in your role as a test engineer, you will work closely with hardware, electronics, and electrical systems, and you will also be involved in developing automated tests and simulation models. You will also work on documenting test results and reviewing requirements and specifications. As a person, you are communicative and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in electronics, measurement technology, and/or mechanics. If you also have experience in test development, that is a big plus.

It is an advantage if you have a technical education such as a master's or bachelor's degree in electronics, software, or equivalent.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, is a requirement. The position may require you to undergo and pass a security check with a background check.

The assignments are with our clients operating in both the public and private sectors. Many of our clients in the private sector are building tomorrow's products and are involved in power engineering, defense industry, and automated industry. In the public sector, we have clients all over the country, and you as a consultant will work either on-site with the client, in our own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination. You work independently on the assignment or as part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
