Who are you?

We are now looking to strengthen our team with more consultants in test automation and test management.

As a developer in testing and test automation, you will work to ensure software quality by creating automated test cases, building and optimizing integration and build flows, and developing the organization's practices around CI/CD. You have an understanding of/knowledge in one or more technologies and testing tools such as Jenkins, Selenium, Shell Scripting, or Docker, to name a few. You are proficient in scripting languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, and/or Java.

As a test manager, you will plan the testing work, write test plans, prioritize tasks, secure resources for testing assignments, and follow up and improve the testing process. You will also coordinate the testing work and manage team follow-ups. You are used to leading and being responsible for both larger and smaller testing projects and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum.

It is a significant advantage if you have ISTQB certification and experience working within government agencies.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, is a requirement.

Who are we at Nexer in Västerås?

Today, we are a group of 12 consultants with a mix of competencies in software and hardware development, project management, and SCADA. In 2025, we will focus on bringing in more consultants with experience in testing and test management, and we hope you are one of them.

The assignments are with our clients who operate in both the public and private sectors. Many of our clients in the private sector are building tomorrow's products and are involved in power engineering, defense industry, and automated industry. In the public sector, we have clients across the country, and you as a consultant will work either on-site with the client, in our own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination.
