ABOUT THE POSITION

With the opportunity to be part of a critically important mission where you contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Sweden's transmission network. To meet society's growing energy needs, Svenska kraftnät plans to build a total of 7000 kilometers of new transmission lines over the next 20 years – one of the largest infrastructure investments in modern times!

The leadership projects at Svenska kraftnät are extensive, with investments often exceeding 1000 MSEK and running over 7–10 years. To ensure that these projects are successfully executed, we are now strengthening the project organizations with engaged and structured project administrators. As a project administrator, you will be a key player in the projects and work closely with project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of project administrator, you will relieve the project manager of administrative tasks, thereby contributing to the resource-efficient implementation of the project. The role involves significant personal responsibility to independently plan and execute your work within the areas delegated by the project manager. The tasks may vary depending on the nature and needs of the project, with an emphasis on project-specific administration in systems and tools throughout the project lifecycle.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Documenting project documentation
• Administration in support systems for documentation, finance, and project reporting
• Administering internal and external meetings for the project, including taking notes and writing minutes.
• Assisting the project manager in maintaining routines regarding reporting and follow-up for the project.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have at least a high school education
• Have at least 3 years of documented work experience working independently as a project/program administrator or in another equivalent role in complex programs/projects with many parallel projects and numerous internal and external stakeholders.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience using MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working in the energy sector or in construction and infrastructure projects
• At least 3 years of experience working as a project administrator or in an equivalent role in large (>300MSEK) construction and infrastructure projects

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
