Network Technician in Arboga

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a network technician in Arboga. In this role, you will work on various projects involving secure communication systems and radio systems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT, has a genuine interest in technology, and possesses knowledge of network technology.

As a network technician, you will work on multiple projects involving secure communication systems and radio systems. You will work in small teams with an open and friendly atmosphere. In the beginning of your assignment, you will receive guidance from more senior colleagues.

Work on network architecture
Manage layers of networks, routers, and firewalls
Work on systems within secure communication and radio systems

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Have a post-secondary education in network technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Have a strong technical interest and enjoy working with hardware
Speak and write fluently in Swedish as daily communication primarily takes place in Swedish
Have a valid driver's license as travel is required for the position
Hold Swedish citizenship, as the position is classified as security-sensitive

It is advantageous if you have previous work experience as a network technician, experience in the defense industry, knowledge of Cisco routers, virtualization, and VPN, as well as knowledge of Linux.
