We are now looking to strengthen our development team in Enköping with two Senior Software Engineers who want to create excellent solutions for our end users.

For many years, Packsize has held a leading global position in the development and manufacturing of smart and advanced packaging machines. In Enköping, we have both R&D and manufacturing in the same building. We are a global growth company with over 1000 employees, of which 120 are located in Enköping.

About the role The Software Team develops and maintains the software for our smart packaging machines. In total, we are about 30 engineers spread over 7 teams, located in Enköping, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Costa Rica.

As a Software Engineer at Packsize, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver world-class experiences. We operate in a Microsoft environment and follow a Lean-Kanban workflow, utilizing mob programming. Here you get the chance to contribute to the development of the cloud platform for our on-demand box making machines, integration with customer systems, optimizing complex workflows, and more.

Your expertise in Test Driven Design (TDD) will enable you to design, develop, and test our products, ensuring they adhere to the highest levels of quality and functionality. You will help drive the direction of the product with continuous evaluation and improvements to existing systems. You will engage in data-driven decisions and validation of assumptions, architectural choices, and other technical activities.

We are currently developing with C#, .Net Core, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and React. We are empowered to learn from the challenges of our end users and determine the best technical solutions for our platform.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with deep expertise in .NET C#. You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
