We are currently looking for someone to join our team!

The client is a man in his 30s. He lives in his own apartment and has the support of personal assistants throughout the day.

He has several diagnoses, and with the help of reliable assistants and close collaboration with the client's parents, his daily life functions well.

He has many interests, particularly in nature experiences such as fishing, grilling, and mushroom picking. Other interests include singing, dancing, and visiting local flea markets. Swimming is another favorite activity, where assistants join him in the water since you will be with the client during all activities.

It is an advantage if you share the client's interests, but it is also important that you are creative, proactive, have foresight, and above all, are curious and adaptable.

It is also desirable that you have an interest in neuropsychiatric disorders.

Other tasks for you as a personal assistant include helping with household chores and supporting the client with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and to some extent, personal hygiene. The client also attends daily activities a few times a week, where the assistant is present to support him.

The assistant team currently consists mainly of male assistants.

We welcome applications from both men and women.

No formal education is required as personal chemistry and interaction between the client and you as an assistant are the most important factors. This means that you should be curious, interested in people, and have a good sense of humor.

Requirements

Driver's license, the client has a car that assistants drive

Criminal record extract, to be attached to the application

2 references from a supervisor or managerial position

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

• Can work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends.

• Experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

• Employment type: As needed, hourly substitute

• Start date: As soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
