Here, dedicated employees work in various professional categories such as doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, diabetes nurses, geriatric nurses, hypertension nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, care coordinators, biomedical analysts, and medical secretaries.
We have a child health center and a family center. We also have a mental health team and a young mental health team that works with children from all over Skaraborg consisting of psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers.
Currently, we have over 13,000 registered patients of various ages with us. Together, we continuously work to best meet our patients' needs.

About the job
Your tasks at the health center span a wide range of work and cover the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating in primary care both via phone, 1177, chat, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work is carried out through both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up patients. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, therefore supervision of students is also part of your role at the health center.
About you
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care, experience in care planning, and/or specialist training as a geriatric nurse. We would also like you to have supervisor training of 7.5 credits.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development.

Work at the emergency center may occur.
Travel in the service occurs, a B driver's license is required.

About the recruitment process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
