About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Grästorp Rehabilitation Clinic! Here, a team of three physiotherapists and two occupational therapists work together.

We have a close collaboration with the rehabilitation clinics in the nearby towns of Nossebro and Vara, regarding work, professional development, and networking events. We also work closely with Grästorp Health Center and the municipality's rehabilitation unit.

About the Job

Your tasks include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions, including the management of assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created. The work is largely conducted at the clinic, but home visits are also performed when necessary. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. As you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and adapt your communication to the situation.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
