About us

Närhälsan Brämaregården Health Center is a well-staffed clinic located in central Hisingen with approximately 12,500 registered patients.

As one of our nurses is going on parental leave, we are looking for a replacement.

At the health center, about 40 employees with broad expertise work, including nursing assistants, nurses, district nurses, doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. About the job

With us, you will be part of a wonderful staff group that has a great team spirit. As a nurse at Brämaregården Health Center, you will also be part of a larger network of colleagues where we together develop healthcare. With us, you will have the opportunity to meet patients of various ages, backgrounds, and health conditions. You will be able to utilize your skills in everything from self-care advice to acute assessments.

During a workday, you will rotate through different workstations. Your tasks will include:

  • Assessment and advice via phone and chat
  • Drop-in and triage
  • Sample collection
  • Nurse reception

Today, we have several nurse-led clinics at the health center in areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, and hypertension. As a nurse, you will work in a team with other professionals at the health center. It is also part of your duties to supervise nursing students.

About you

You are a licensed nurse and have previous experience working in regional primary care. It is desirable that you have experience with the AsynjaVisph journal system and telephone advice. Supervisory training is an asset.

You take initiative and ideas to improve patient care and our work processes and care about providing a good reception to ensure our patients feel comfortable. You are meticulous, confident in making your own decisions, and have the ability to prioritize your tasks.

In your work, you will meet many patients. It is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitization and business development.

The position is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The start of employment is planned for April 2026.

About the recruitment process

The selection process occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
