Do you want to work as a nurse in a care and nursing home and make a difference for those who need you the most? We are now looking for licensed nurses for the city area of Centrum.

The nurses placed at the care and nursing homes Landala, Fridkulla, and Fredriksdal are co-located and operate from newly renovated premises on Gårdavägen.

As the patient-responsible nurse, you will be placed at one of our care and nursing homes in Centrum. You will have a varied, stimulating, and flexible job where you have significant personal responsibility. You will perform medical assessments based on the patients' current health status and be responsible for following up on treatment and care interventions. Patients' needs vary, from preventive measures to advanced medical care. An important part of your mission is to build long-term relationships, which allows you to follow the patients' development over time and create care that is based on their needs and wishes. The role also includes supervising nursing staff, working with delegation, and ensuring documentation and information transfer. Together with colleagues from different professions, you will create safe and equitable care where the patient's best interest is always the focus.

Currently, you will primarily work during the day, every fourth weekend, and approximately one evening a week. About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have previous professional experience as a nurse, preferably within municipal healthcare. Since we work within a large geographical area, a B driver's license is a requirement.

In this position, you will work independently to a large extent, while being part of a team with other professionals who are important for the patient. Therefore, we see it as important that you can collaborate with your colleagues to provide our patients with the best possible care. It is also important to us that you are a responsible employee who understands the importance of your work and how it affects others. You are structured in your work approach and use your time effectively. An important part of your mission is the meeting with the patient and their relatives. You have a good demeanor where you show respect, consideration, and empathy.
